Refund policy

Made to order. Every piece is printed or embroidered for you after you order, so it is not sitting in a warehouse. It ships in 2–5 business days, then delivery time depends on your country (see our Shipping policy).

14-day change-of-mind exchange or return. Changed your mind or got the wrong size? Email accounts@truedc.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. We will send return instructions; you can choose an exchange or a refund. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Email accounts@truedc.co.uk with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

Your statutory UK/EU consumer rights are not affected.
